Just a couple guesses. I expect it to be VEEEERY close this year, but as before, I think the Wii will take off greatly around the time of Skyward Sword's release.

Christmas day yes, but personally I don't expect many people shopping for consoles on Christmas day

day after christmas is also known as the second black friday.

Add to that, that is when everyone returns unwanted gifts and gets the ones they really want and stores are trying to clear inventory.

Which is why sales don't fall to zero in week 10.... last year boxing day (26th of Dec) was included in week 10 and sales still fell by half from week 9.
