The lack of Thundercats automatically makes this a fail thread in my mind.

Visionaries, 13 episodes of toy selling goodness.
Startcom, another 13 episodes of toy selling goodness.
Bravestarr, 65 episodes of awesomeness.
Hmm, pie.
I was a teen when they came on but I enjoyed Gargoyles and X-Men:
When I was younger I enjoyed The Gummi Bears, Duck Tales, Transformers, and GI Joe
There are so many great ones it is hard to choose. He-Man, Transformers, the Disney-cartoons, Spider-Man, Batman and X-Men are the ones that come to mind right now
Les Mystérieuses Cités d'Or (The Mysterious Cities of Gold), only 39 episodes, a really well built story, with great characters, an awesome soundtrack. It manages to be very enternaining and informative.
