I watched some of the Pro Bowl and it was horrible. All of that scoring and lack of defense reminded me of the Packers. What a wretched style of football that is.

this....the pro bowl is probably the worst all-star game in america! it was freakin touch football, no one was playing with any intensity except Fitzgerald, what people saw(what they payed for) was them doing a practice round of simple passes and runs which either team will get money for just showing up....no wonder the crowd booed

I don't get all the displeasure though, it's not like this is anything new. The Pro Bowl is a fucking joke as far as gameplay goes and it has been for quite some time now. The players go just to chill in Hawaii and party. And that's on you if you watch it expecting some crazy competetive defensive struggle. I think the crowd should boo themselves for being so stupid.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

The Pro Bowl was never really a game to watch.

The Packers style is still better than the Bears style: Lack of scoring and lack of defense. On top of this, key players fake injuries whenever they have an important game ahead of them.

Everyone plays better defense than the Packers.  Everyone.  They play prevent defense the entire game and hope for someone to try to throw deep so they can get an interception.  This worked most of the season only because they'd score over fourty points a game and the other team would fall behind.

You know if the Bears stayed healthy that they would have knocked the Packers this year.  You should be happy that the Giants did it instead.

I can't really argue with that, because I've been critical of the Packers defense for exactly this reason.

But if the Bears stayed healthy, they would have gotten the #5 seed in the NFC and then lost against the Giants. The outcome for the Packers wouldn't have changed.

Touche.  You are probably right.

The game should start around 11:30 pm of your time, but I could be off and it's an hour later.

I don't care for the half time show, that's usually the time to mute the TV and do something else.

I can't tell you how much the invention of the DVR has changed the way I watch TV, but especially sports. I give myself a buffer of at least an hour (usually more) before I start watching so I can FFWD all, and I mean ALL, of the BS. Commercials, pre-game and half-time minutia and even in between plays, I love it.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Maddona is going to shake her 60 year old ass and attempt to sing songs she can no longer do justice. In other words ,it will be a million times better than the game.
