So, the Saints/49ers game was awesome. Giving up 5 turnovers, you'd think the Saints would have been blown away. But they were in it right up till the end, and nearly won the game. That was some exciting football!

Sadly, the Broncos are doing terribly at halftime. I was thinking that if they kept the turnovers to a minimum, they could keep the game at least fairly close... but when the offense is struggling and the defense just keep giving up plays... Well, you end up with 35-7 Patriots at halftime. I hope they can pull it together and close the gap, and make an exciting game, cause this is just sad.

All year, my friends laughed at me. They all thought I was crazy when I declared the 49ers the winner of this year's super bowl BEFORE the season even started. They thought me so crazy that my friend even made a bet with me that he would wear jorts for a week if they won. LOOK AT THEM NOW.

Well, that fight near the end of the 4th was just shameful. I don't remember ever being so upset by something the Broncos did, but that was just uncalled for. The Patriots played great, and the Broncos didn't. It would have been sad to see them go down so poorly, but seeing not one but two Broncos starting a fight at different times... Well, that's just shameful. I bet Tebow wasn't happy to see his teammates do that. I'm not.

The thing is, defense didn't win that game. Vernon Davis played like men among boys. The 4th Q turned into the TEs show.

I was hoping to be able to say that the Patriots got Tebowned, but that clearly didn't happen. Shame, but I think everyone knew the Patriots would win.

Hmmm... Well back to a normal vanilla season. Still rooting for all the underdogs. The San Fran win made for an entertaining day. Missed the fight, but have no problem with it. Fighting should be allowed in all sports like hockey, but that is just me. Great Season.

Bad defense allowed that. Don't know why they were blitzing and playing man-to-man. Really bad decisions by the Greg Williams. Guess they were going for broke. Surprised, usually they play zone/prevent. 49ers D and special teams did there job with those turnovers. The last one by Sproles was bad though. He wasn't stripped or hit hard, it just seem like he lost the grip on the ball. 5 turnovers, horrible game by the Saints. A lot contact allowed by the refs for the 49er defensive backs. Probably has to do with that defensive rep they built this year, and of course home field advantage.

Too bad about the Broncos as well, would have been entertaining to see them go far. Very few gave them a chance against the Steelers, they already did more than most expected.

Good games tomorrow as well, Baltimore should take it. Giants and Packers should be entertaining; think the Gmen can come away with it.

Yeah, but Von Miller spearing someone in the middle of the back after the play is over is uncalled for.  

By the way; now that the Broncos are gone can we talk about the important stuff? That important stuff would be cheering for the Packers and Patriots to lose. If that winds up being the Super Bowl, I will need a bag to vomit in.
