try eating only when you're hungry....

Kind of good advice.

What you should really do is eat at the same time every day and don't eat until your full.  Keeping a schedule helps maintain good metabolism and stopping eating before you're full keeps you from eating too much.

I'd rather like to gain weight. I'm around 60kg on 1.70 metres.
I have the advantage that I can anything I want without gaining weight, though. I could around 3000 calories and I would still not get any fatter.

My problem is that I snack and I stay up late and eat food. But I have been running with my step daughter for her schools track meet. and I have been avoiding too much food at night.

Yeah, eating late is bad; Once I stopped eating after 6-7 I really started losing weight. It's one of the best things to do :)

It is just so hard, especially since I work late!

You don't have enough time to work out or something? Because if you do have the time, the key is to run, a lot. By doing so you'll lose plenty of weight I almost guarentee it.

Nothing...

I've lost 8 kg over the last two years by doing absolutely nothing and I eat quite a lot. Maybe it's because of walking to and from college everyday swell as sports but thats about it.

I plan to lose my belly fat thats popped up so my packs start showing and I reckon a couple of months on the treadmill at gym should do it. I don't wanna lose more weight though.

I had tonsillitis for a week and hardly ate anything for a week. When I went back to work my colleagues couldn't believe how much more skinny I looked. And that was just in a week of not eating much.

Mon- Fri- For breakfast I have a low fat cereal bar and then just drink tea and water all day. When I get home I consume a tin of soup with a slice of toasted wholemeal bread. And then I do this again before I go to bed. Sat and Sun I eat properly. Can't say it's the best diet but it works for me.
