Why does everyone think it's ok? It can't be ok the cops abused their powers to stop the protest, we have the right to assemble and speech, yet the cops stopped it all? How is that ok, basically if I go out in the streets and start protesting against wall street and their corruption does that mean I'll be shut down as well? Why can't you guys see the wrong in that, you're all blind!

The people were shouting peaceful protest as they were trying to push the cops around... You seem a bit blind in this case. Don't get me wron there are many instances of police brutality. This is not one of them. 

I don't recall any of the protesters doing anything, the cops completely started all the aggression.

Come on really... The cops were trying to get the people out of the street so actual cars could you know use those streets. They didn't try to stop the protest at all as it evidently continued on the sidewalks. The only people arrested were those who would not listen to instructions to get off the street and those who started pushing the police when their friends were getting arrested.
