lets hope it's not the ps1 versions.. those where horrible... or they fixed the loading times for everything..

Crass exaggaration, that. I finished both on PS1 and it never bothered me.

They are now loading from HDD, too, I.E it will be faster.

@chris: before Japan????????????? NO WAY

Just because it didn't bother you, doesn't mean that it wasn't bad. I played both the SNES versions and then later the PS1 versions and the loading were horrible! (compared to the SNES versions) I do hope that since it's running off the hdd now then the loading times will also disappear.

I like having old games and when I came to Japan I picked up many like the Super Famicom versions of Chrono Trigger and FFVI, but I couldn't force myself to get the PS1 versions as well because of those damn loading times. I did buy the DS version of CT though.

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

Because Sony published the games outside of Japan and I guess they have a contract with Square saying it can't be on any other systems (except PC)?

Say what? o.0

If you look at my games list, I've been playing the PSN version of Final Fantasy VI for months.

...Is it possible that Europe got a PS1 classic before America? THIS CANNOT BE POSSIBLE.

All loadings are terrible if you compare them to the SNES

If you look at them by themselves, they are no different from other PS1 RPG's.

You guys got Crash Team Racing and Front Mission long before us, too.  I made a European account back when the Enslaved demo came out and the amount of content that was available in Europe and not in the U.S. really pissed me off.  I think I got drunk and punched a koala bear, I was so pissed.

Makes me sad to say, but apparently they lied, go check on ign.
