Maybe. It's hard to tell. UC3 is looking to be amazing but you really never know. As long as it hits the 90s, I'm satisfied.

The difference in quality between Gears & Uncharted is not that great. In fact, one could make a valid argument in stating Gears is better.

I agree but I think his point is Uncharted is generally viewed as the better franchise...I know I think it's better than Gears.

But of course that may change when I get to play both UC3 and Gears 3. The new Horde mode/Beast mode may win me over.

Uncharted is just a better received franchise, if the upward trend continues (or at least remains ahead by pure mathematics than Gears - although I prefer Gears, personally). However, for Uncharted to lose it must drop by quite a lot. For a franchise of it's caliber, it would be one of the biggest upsets in gaming history.

Yeah exactly, and I don't see Uncharted getting that low of a meta score. I really can't see it getting anything less than a 92 or 93.

Many people have interest in Metacritic still. And it's not due to a lack of functional brain power
