It is great to see such camaraderie between the studios, and today, we have seen another example of that. Gears of War 3 got a perfect 10/10 on GamingBolt, and our dear readers can check out the review, and see why our Author, Jim liked it so much.

This is what he said, “The culmination of the last 2 games has finally built up to Gears of War 3, where you learn much of the past to help you understand the current, which has been a mystery until now with an ‘Epic’ campaign and online/co-op features that make this the ultimate bundle.”

Truly is great to see companies treating each other with such respect.

 

Sorry to be the guy who brings this up, but that 1.2M Preorder number, where does that number come from and is it Worldwide? Such a stark difference compared to what VGChartz shows, which is 1.75M for America alone.

Microsoft gave 1.3 as the number. Don't know wether its worldwide or US, but they also said Gears was the most preordered xbox exclusive to date.

its defenitly outdated numbers or just americas. Microsoft announced gears of war 3 reached 1mil preorders nearly 5 months ago. The numbers we are getting from the website are vgchartz current estimates. The numbers they are getting are the last official numbers that have been released. Though that still doesn't mean gears of war 3 isnt overtracked, but it defenitly isn't by that much if at all.

Aw that was pretty awesome and respectable of Naughty Dog.

We all know UC3 will get amazing review scores as well so congrats to both Epic and Naughty Dog for making incredible game franchises.

The trifecta of gaming (for me) Gears, Uncharted, and Batman. And goddam Zelda is coming this year, too! EAch console has a HUGE game of the year worthy exclusive.

I'm sure I'm wrong but this could be the best gaming holiday, ever!
