Seems Sony learned from Microsoft to have higher profit margins on peripherals.

I don't think that is possible given how small the card (and therefore the card slot) is.

As you can see the storage card is significantly smaller than even the game cards.

Both Nintendo and Sony have screwed us for the nest portable gen.

What are you talking about?  That card looks pretty big to me.  It's about a whole inch tall.  Sucks the Vita games are about as big as a UMD, though. 

They better be much faster than sd cards at those prices.

Still a few years ago we were paying 40 euros per 8 gig card for PSP.

Unlikely with SD cards speed being class10 standard nowadays.
