If you are wondering, the top two are both Chinese films.

Around the Network

Frozen is still going strong both domestically and internationally as expected. It has already beaten Despicable me 2 in box office gross in the same number of days after release and is also earning more per day. It should pass Dm2 next week and will probably gross over $1 billion in March.

I use Rentrak because it includes international and Domestic numbers in one chart, which Mojo doesn't do.

I knew Frozen would keep doing good numbers. I hope for a sequel with more incest.

Ride Along is the big winner of the year so far I bet nobody saw that coming.

Around the Network

The Lego Movie to see a nice debut and solid numbers. Everything is awesome.

Ride along was a surprise 2 Chris Hu. Ice Cube...or maybe small comedian guy is popular right now, but Ice Cube has always done well it seems.

I hope the Monument Men does well. But I have not seen reviews so I do not know how well it is. Box office mojo thinks lego movie could do over 50 million this weekend.

Based on its Friday number, Lego will make between 65-70M.

Wow. I am actually interested in the LEGO movie!  Currently it has a 96% on Rotten Tomatoes  and it seems to be having a good debut. I am so happy for this movie!  (^_^) (^。^)

Frozen has now passed Despicable Me 2 in NA, and becomes the biggest animation from 2013. Great opening from Lego as well.

Great week again for Frozen! I hope it continues to earn huge in China(already the highest grossing disney animated film ever in just a week!), South Korea where it's already the highest grossing animated film ever and is showing no signs of slowing down and and other countries and reach a billion before it's release in Japan. Everything is Awesome!
