The overseas box office for TDKR finally overtook the domestic gross I'm expecting at least a 60%(overseas) 40%(domestic) split by the time it stops showing and it should easily make over $1 billion world wide. Also Ice Age 4 keeps on doing great overseas its now only $16 million away from making $600 million overseas. I don't know if it can beat the third movies overseas numbers but it looks like it should beat Toy Story 3 overseas numbers of $648.2 million and become the second highest grossing animated of all time movie overseas.

:O Amazing numbers for TDKR! How high will it go WW? I think I bet around 1.2-1.3B a while back. I'll stick to it.

It will need to make 800M+ overseas to acheive that goal...looks pretty unlikey. 1.1B is a possibility though

On another note Spidey is crawling to a halt. Looks like it will barely make 750m WW (if that)

Disappointment of the year. I expected that much from OS alone.

Edit: It does still have China left which should be >$50 Million

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

Still pretty good for a movie they made in order to keep the franchise.  Doubt it will make anything close to $750 million world wide already ran out of steam domestically and is close to running out of steam overseas.  Ice Age 4 surpassed The Amazing Spider-Man's wold wide total also due to great overseas numbers.

Not for 1.2B no. Only 700m. Chris Hu above predicted a 60/40 split for overseas/USA so if USA gets to 500m then overseas would need 750m. It is interesting to note that TDKR is tracking 49% ahead of TDK overseas. TDK ended up with 468m. That would put TDKR (if the same ratio holds) at over 697m and thus almost 1.2B WW.

500M looks very unlikley in the U.S.A. at this point of time. It'll pass Shrek 2 and Dead Man's Chest and possibly make $450M but anything above that looks unlikely. It is still falling behind TDK daily today it was a 1.5M gap in TDK's favour.

Ice Age 4 is a huge hit overseas with less then $4 million to go until its over $600 million.  Which is pretty good since its has the lowest rotten tomato score out of all Blue Sky Studios movies.  Their next movie Epic looks pretty good also just saw the trailer for it yesterday.

Well all the predictions I have read/watched have the Born Legacy winning the weekend box office.

Going by reviews it a decent comedy movie and going by the release schedule it looks like their is nothing better as far as comedies goes being released anytime soon.
