They have a state religion which makes them a Christian nation.
Same with Norway, England and Iceland.
There is a difference between an established religion and a Theocratic state.

That may be true, but ultimately if they're not theocratic states, there's no real point in calling them Christian nations. Christians can't persecute non-christians (the concept of religion persecution exists, non-christians aren't just 'tolerated', as non-muslims are in Islamic countries), and the state's laws are not determined by Christianity.
