obviously like others in here have said, if he's talking about NA there's just no way. Titles like COD MW3 and Battlefield 3 are more important than exclusives like Uncharted in NA. 360 being the lead platform will get a huge boost from the multi-plats not to mention, Kinect, Gears, Halo and the rest.

Agree. This makes me wonder why Sony cut price now in the first place. I mean they aren't outselling 360 in NA but they would have outsold 360 by a landslide in Japan+Europe combined (and WW overall). It seems like Sony could have saved this price cut for a later date.

Yeah. I agree with this. I wouldnt be surprised that without indicating so beforehand, they surprise everyone with a price drop in say november.

No way, MS won last holiday, so why would PS3 have won this holiday with no price cut? PS3 wouldn't have even had Gran Turismo. They both shipped 6.3, but 360 had shortages.

none of us have actually seen the first NPD after the price cut yet so i dont know why everone is saying its not possible. since when has the 360 become unstoppable? $50 cut is more than enough to give a good increase. 360 has also had ALOT of good deals recently. they practically giving away 360's.

okay they both shipped 6.3, so how did microsoft win? if anything, they lost simply because they put ALOT more effort in and only sold the same amount as sony! 360 redesign/pricecut, new halo, kinect, CRAZY advertsing etc..  theres no excuses for microsoft.
