Tri-Ace and Konami's dungeon-crawler RPG is looking gorgeously smooth...

Konami has released the first trailer for the 3DS-exclusive RPG Beyond the Labyrinth.

Developed by tri-Ace, the studio behind Resonance of Fate and Star Ocean: The Last Hope, the game is of the dungeon-crawler variety. It is being produced by Konami's Shingo Mukaitoge, who was behind the innovative Wii exclusives Eledees and Dewy's Adventure.

Beyond the Labyrinth does not currently have a release date.

This looks like more of an adventure game than an RPG. Not what I would have assumed.
