I meant I hope it fails on the critics front. That way I won't want it so badly :)

Well it's NoA policy. If they don't see 10 million in sales potential they won't localize it.

Referring to rol's post above. 'Bad' was the wrong term. I meant more like 'not good enough'.
You know IGN can't take a break :/
The only time I feel the urge to get a Wii :(

I think this will be the next game I buy. I want to finish of some other games first though.

Just a swift look through recent "big" titles on the Wii shows that isn't the case. Here are a list of "big-ish" titles on the Wii and their awarded 'graphics' score. Super Mario Galaxy 2 - 10 I'm sure more than a handful of people would be ornery if everything was compared to the tops of what a PC could push out. |
Sorry, I should have specified that I was looking beyond IGN and to game reviewers in general. Many games have been docked points for simply being on the Wii.

Oh, I see. That makes sense.

So -.5 for being on the Wii and another -.5 for being a jRPG.
Good score none the less. My copy was dispatched today from thehut.com
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Well, what do you want? Us to hope that a meteor falls in NoA's office? |
Yes!
