I bet she realized the first time their was something thick in her water. Realized it was tampered with but had drank it or threw it away. The second time she knew something was added and decided to have it analized. These days you don't know what sick freaks will do, date rape drugs or stuff. The penalty doesn't seem to fit the crime though, the fine should be much higher a porn star makes 11k an hour sometimes and thats someone who is willingly injesting that shit. She should get at least 100k!

This guy deserves to go to jail for five years or so on top of the money he pays her and then the sex offender list is also appropriete.
