^Well, the 560 ti is a brilliant choice either way, so you're golden. I like your build, gonna build my own 2500k PC this year as well, that CPU is the best bang for buck I've seen since the Athlon64 days.

make sure there is no nearby microwaves or fridges. I have a friend who has the game ruiner microwave which when turned on shuts down his wifi to his playstation. I have a fridge near mine and it greatly reduces my wi fi, like walls and metal objects.
Ethernet ports are the best thing to do, get them installed around the house, they are much more reliable and better not only for your health but faster, also its most likely a cheaper option then the wireless card.
Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong
What I'm building is:
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: XFX 6870 Dual fan (which runs cooler and quieter)
RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
PSU: Antec HCG-750W
OS: Windows 7
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H
As for anything you're missing I don't see a CPU cooler ;p
I'm having an Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B
I'd like my own build too but it's too damn expensive to build one that can last for many years and still play games on high settings.
Still, if Wii U doesn't turn out to be what I think it will be, I'll build a good one at the cheapest price I can find anyways.

Would I really need a separate cooler?

What's the major benefit here and would I be able to set this up at a later date?

I live in an apartment with other tenants so this isn't immediately tenable. Is there a cheaper alternative for a wireless connection than a dedicated wireless card or no?

I'm no expert, but I suppose it would run cooler and quieter than the standard one.

Got it, love it.
@Khuutra:
"RAID 0 is the performance side of the house. RAID 0 or "striping" uses two drives in conjunction with one other for speed. Data is divided when it is written to both drives so that the workload is balanced and thus more efficient. The data is broken up into chunks or stripes when it is alternatingly stored. There is no redundancy of data with RAID 0. You should be using two identical drives if you are setting up a RAID 0 but this is not required. Two different drives can be used but at a small cost. Keeping in mind that the workload is being balanced, the computer sets the drives up to be equal. If you have an 80 and a 120 gb drive, RAID 0 will have your machine treat them as two 80 gb drives, ignoring the extra 40 gb of space on drive two."
says google search.
Also, yes, I would get a saparate cooler. Given that it's a -k series CPU, I assume you plan to overclock it? I thought I saw a cooler in the build...
