Yes I was correct about all my predicitions. The only one I was wrong was when I said the ps3 would take off and outsell the wii in the holidays.

Any way, congrats to the PS3. Though %Market share tends to get huge swings during the holidays as there is a giant influx of total console sales, they are certainly eating away at MS's Market Share.

I would expect the PS3 and the 360 to have comparable market share by the end of 08 maybe around 26% with the wii at 48%. Of course I base this entirely on the sales trends continueing and no real data so I could be way off.


 Yep , that could happen . Maybe a percent or two more ;)

Unlike psp, its IMPOSSIBLE to hack the playstation 3, on the other hand people have hacked the wii recently and thats bad news for software sales.

Wii has 15 million sellers right now, X360 has 29, so 20 for ps3 after 08 would be a very bad number.  

 And Wii was "hacked" since it was launched and it's still selling the most software week after week.

Wii: SSBB, Mario Kart, Pikmin, Animal Crossing, (possible) Nintendogs.

360: Fable 2, Halo Wars, GoW2, Too Human, Alan Wak...

There was absolutely no way the PS3 could have dropped more than the Wii was guarenteed to, so you had a 50-50 shot between the PS3 and the 360, the difference of which falls within statistical uncertainty.

As you can see above all your examples are near certainties, where as this is just some nonsesical rantings.

I can do it to:

"I have a gut feeling that after the Japanese numbers come in the Wii will have outsold the PS3 for the last week in December"

"I have a gut feeling the DS will outsell the PSP in the first quarter of 08"

"I have a gut feeling the Wii will have the most market share before April 08"

Its not too hard...

Oh come on get serious for once kid!! Wii modchips have been there for... ever! I have mine since late December 2006! Also the PSP Homebrew scene is so popular because you can have every old console (even N64!) on a portable. Who would care about playing N64 on Wii? Oh wait! There's the virtual console and a trillion PC emulators!

Yup...the Ps3 got 20% of the marketshare...but if you compare with the marketshare of the ps1 and the ps2...sony domination in finish for a while...

You fail harder than i could ever imagine, all these were totally to be expected and were all over the internet MONTHS before you "predicted" them except from last one which is your 1st 2nd 3rd latest number revision.
