They make for easy kills. They exist not to stop, not to thwart, but to kill. It enters and delivers maximum damage, and it stays inside your body.

Frankly, no bullet is good. But hollow points are just foul.

To be more specific.  Due to the tips being hollow... the bullets are lighter therefore they have less penetrating power and are less likely to be "Clear" shots where they just shoot clear someone which is less likely to kill them because you lose a lot of the force...

Furthermore they expand more because of the hollow tip which causes more damage and a bigger hole for more blood and much worse interernal injuries.

Things have been banned in warfare since like the early 1900's.

Though ironcially they're often used by police.

Due to it sticking in a persons body, hollow points are FAR less likely to hit innocent bystanders.

Life imprisonment in a mental institution to figure out how he got so far as to be able to kill 80 children in cold blood. There really is no point in any horrible punishment. There is however in figuring out how this came to be and how it could have been prevented.

He's no different from any other murderer other than the fact he promotes a violent political agenda, most of them don't.

At first I told my wife that for each child he killed he should be hooked up to life support then beaten inches of his life and brought back. Do that 95 times span it over years so he gets healed up properly. The point is to keep him alive to see his full term.
