Adjustments in previous weeks

DS up 10,005
PS3 up 2,120
PSP up 897
PS2 up 14 (the KinG)

360 down 56 (very accurate with Microsoft's shipped data)
Wii down 76
3DS down 392 (every week it lost a little more)

Hehe VGC happily pretends they don't adjust to NPD data but will no doubt make huge adjustment when Nintendo shows their figures (which are always based on Gfk for Europe and NPD for USA :D )

A little comparison...

GT5 week 34: 16,898 (July)
GT4 week 34: 20,537 (October)

Not so bad... GT5 leading over 250k lifetime yet.

No. Nintendo uses their own tracking system company not related with NPD or GFK.

ioi thinks the Nintendo tracking is more accurate... comparing it to NPD I guess he is right (NPD tracks just 60% of the US market), but I guess GFK is more accuracte after all (tracks 90% of the UK market) but GFK doesn't show numbers, just positions.

Wow, did someone just say Xenoblade in Europe was going to ensure Wii would be on top this holiday?

Words fail me.

YOY Comparison

X360 Down 67% ( major drop from last years price cut now overlapping)

PSP Down 35% ( even with price cut this year)

DS/3DS Down 29% (awful considering it includes a new console )

PS3 Down 27% (needs a price cut)

Wii Down 21% ( even with a price cut this year)

jump in my grave as quick?

Well I don't usually have to do the work myself but you didnt do it this week :(

no sweat, saved me the job....  It sjust if I dont do it quick when the PS3 looks better I get accused of bias by some of the weak of thought,

I've read Conegamer's post on your wall, does that mean you have to look for a new target now?

No, I can still quote on the forums. Who else is going to correct all the blatant errors he makes?

All terrible numbers, PS3 finally regains first.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

I can't find them but when we had expanded results they clearly based graphs on NPD numbers.

edit: I found some older stuff:

http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/library/events/101029/index.html

Look at what is described as source for graphs.
