And actually the situation is even more complicated than this! The old,rich, Xmas Mario Kart Wii bundle included Wii Sports (but not WSR), while the latest, cheap Mario Kart Wii bundle includes just Mario Kart. And right now in my town some stores are also selling leftovers of the rich Xmas bundles for 20€ (too much, IMHO) more than the cheap ones. Enough to lose the thread while trying to do the maths.

Oh yea? My local Wall-Mart still has the original Wii Sports only, no motion plus bundle. However I bet these sales are minimal.

Yes, surely the original bundle leftovers are minimal, but the rich Mario Kart bundle is quite recent, and I guess they produced it after Xmas too, maybe until shortly before the cheap one started production, at the local Coop hypermarket the biggest pile was of those older MK Wii bundles, the black version, that I guess in my town was either ordered by retailers in larger amounts or it struggled to sell compared to the white one, as I always saw bigger piles of it also at MediaWorld (that like Coop kept on offering it for many weeks after the cheap bundle release, but I didn't check it last week). Other shops I checked don't offer them anymore, so yes, it's not widespread, but here MediaWorld and Coop are huge compared to competitors, so they can influence in a small, but detectable way the low Summer weekly numbers.
