Also, I can't believe people still take FattyDingDong threads seriously. All he ever does is take the status quo (in this case the ps3 battling it out for first place on a weekly basis) or a commonly held opinion and make a thread stating the opposite (ie, the ps3 coming in last over the holidays) to get hits. There's a reason he never actually comes back to a thread to back up his position.

Yes, it's very possible that the ps3 could wind up in last place this holiday season, but that's not why he made the thread. He likes controversy. Nothing more. Why give him the time of day.

This isn't racism. Americans are a melting pot of people. They are more-so attacking the state of mind in America rather than the ethnicity of the wealth of people America has. Every country has their own brand of ignorance (especially when focused on other nations). I happen to have noticed that a lot of the stuff on the map are true while living in America. The rest of it was of course overly done. Americans make fun of the ignorance of Americans. I mean look at Jay Leno's Jay Walking or Are you smarter than a fifth grader? Every country does this I am sure. It's not like our education system is getting any better.

Imagine this. A movement that struck fear into the heart of Europe (and if they got a chance, the world). A group that would've cleansed the world of it diversity and beauty. As humans we already screwed up the planet. Nazism is just a short way of saying Nationalsozialismus.

Getting back on topic I personally believe that the only predictable place will be the last and that it will be the Nintendo Wii. I say this because I have observed that despite a price cut the Wii has quickly regressed in sales and no substantial momentum has been gained. Of course it doesn't help that there are few games coming and that third party support in particular is sorely lacking.

That leaves Microsoft and Sony to battle for the first place. While I agree that the 360 will be the best selling console in the states, when it comes to worldwide sales a lot will hinge on a PS3 price cut. Having said that I think if Sony wants to ensure they come out on top they will cut the PS3 price to that magical 199 figure.

Microsoft already offers a 199 solution for their console and the only thing I can see them doing is slashing the price of Kinnect and a possible $50 price cut for their 2 skus. Though if they discount Kinnect the impact will mainly be felt in the USA due to Kinnect being most popular in that country.

Having said all that I predict that with Sony and MS price cuts the sales will look something like this
PS3>>>>360>>>>>>>Wii

And with no PS3 price cut
360>>>PS3>>>>>>>Wii
