Why is that Americans (and the English too) are a legitimate target for racism?  If this map was made and somehow poked fun at Africans or Asians there would be a fucking uproar.

It happens so often and I have seen it here quite a few times.

This isn't racism. Americans are a melting pot of people. They are more-so attacking the state of mind in America rather than the ethnicity of the wealth of people America has. Every country has their own brand of ignorance (especially when focused on other nations). I happen to have noticed that a lot of the stuff on the map are true while living in America. The rest of it was of course overly done. Americans make fun of the ignorance of Americans. I mean look at Jay Leno's Jay Walking or Are you smarter than a fifth grader? Every country does this I am sure. It's not like our education system is getting any better.
