The least the PS3 will get this year is second place with all the momentum its been gaining. It almost seems like Sony is the only one who is trying year round.

OT: Agree with OP. I can see X360 selling above 100k every week in Japan.

2011 has been a great year for PS3 owners imho. Every month has been filled with some sort of exclusive AAA or not. I rather feel bad for anyone who hasn't bought a PS3 and is an avid gamer this year. It's good to have all the systems to get the full experience. I just can't right now because I'm pinching pennies right now and the PS3 has the most exclusives, so I stick with the strength for gaming.

Thank you for making my post a little more clear about what I was trying to say. I think my post was a little unclear about the topic of it, if that's what you were going for.

I don't know if point 4 was towards me or everyone in general but I thought it was funny and thank that it is good to have humor in a post because everything not always serious. Even though it was inappropriate it was funny because of the way most people think that America is the only market out there for sales. And that is what a lot of Americans feel like towards the rest of the world, not all but some Americans

I still don't know about the 360 beating ps3, I mean it's plausible if they have good marketing, but I just have a felling ps3 will finally be first worldwide. Wii will definitely be last though

You seriously think the 360 will sell 100,000 or more every week in Japan, when it only sells 1000-2000 now. The ps3 only sells 20,000-30,000 each week in Japan. Unless you made a typo or something I don't know.

Of course I believe. I'm with the OP. A price cut and this will help to sell that high.

Quite possible. Normally I would say that it will be X360>Ps3>Wii, but then, every holiday season Wii gets a boost. It is hard to predict how big the boost will be, so it might end with two last switching their places. Still Kinect is now appealing to the same market as Wii did, so maybe Wii will be the last. We'll see.

I agree. They left off Hawaii in the picture. I suggest that someone updates it so it is not so outdated.
