Final Fantasy XI

As part of the general Square Enix feature, Famitsu interviewed Final Fantasy XI producer (?) Hiromichi Tanaka. Tanaka said that they're investigating a straight port of Final Fantasy XI to the PlayStation Vita, but there's no solid plan for this at present.

Famitsu also asked Tanaka what he'd do if he were Square Enix CEO. He'd revive the company trips, he said, and invest in employee wellbeing.

Sorry guys, I don't know how to quote. I didn't play the game so I'm hoping they'll do it. Hopefully this means PS2 FFs gets a vita makeover.

wouldn't the current 4GB game size limit be a problem? unless they are stripping out some content, with just the core game. Then again I guess a DLC pack for every 10 levels of content could work.

Porting the "fixed" version of XIV to the Wii U would be a better choice IMO.

SONY did say bigger sizes are planned and this could be a year or two after launch.

I sure hope so, something i would want on the Vita.
