Furthermore let's look at these few services anyhow. WIll you say that using facebook on LIVE is better than on a browser? Don't make me laugh. Do you still have to have a Netflix or hulu+ account to get them to work? Yes. With a PC I can also find you and launch a movie much quicker than you will using your Xbox, same with Hulu. This is actually true for just about EVERY service like twitter, last.fm, etc. because it is far more "convenient" to use a keybaord than scroll around some buttons using your analog sticks. Of course this is just looking at the services that LIVE already has, there are countless of others. Your argument on LIVE security fails hard. By default, every system is vulnerable and needs to be shown to be safe and not the other way around. |
Lol, you really do make me laugh :) 360 gamepads have keyboards available. I have one that came with my Xbox Live subscription one year. Also, voice search coming with the next update will completely negate any supposed speed losses.
Also, it was your very flawed argument towards Xbox Live security first (in fact it wasn't an argument to begin with lol). But if we go by the cowards argument of "You have to prove this, I don't have to prove that" then I'd say the fact that Xbox Live hasn't been hacked and user accounts and information leaked like that of PSN shows it is obviously more safe than PSN. As well as my comment above regarding no information about MS's servers lacking even the most basic form of protection.
