Lol, you really do make me laugh :) 360 gamepads have keyboards available. I have one that came with my Xbox Live subscription one year. Also, voice search coming with the next update will completely negate any supposed speed losses. Also, it was your very flawed argument towards Xbox Live security first (in fact it wasn't an argument to begin with lol). But if we go by the cowards argument of "You have to prove this, I don't have to prove that" then I'd say the fact that Xbox Live hasn't been hacked and user accounts and information leaked like that of PSN shows it is obviously more safe than PSN. As well as my comment above regarding no information about MS's servers lacking even the most basic form of protection. |
Somehow I doubt the average user has a the 360 chatpads. Furthermre how do you address the other countless of services that you don't have? Really, we can jsut look at something as simple as IM protocols to see the difference.
No, having a unified system is always a problem, because if just 1 thing fgoes down, then EVERYTHING goes down, a la PSN. The argument "hasn't been hacked yet" also does not mean much, and is rather laughable. My web server hasn't been hacked yet, does that mean it's more secure than Lockheed Martin? Are you also saying that LIVE is safer than Lockheed Martin's servers? The point is, someone can fuck the LIVE servers, and every game and everything you have is screwed, whether you piad for it or not. On a PC, that is absolutely impossible to happen because there is nothing centralized.
