360 under 100k this week ww
I wonder if the gap between the PS3 and 360 (according to VGC) will get under 3.0 million before the price cuts and sku shuffling of the holiday season.

need to know shipment number first

Looking at the top 10 games, you wouldn't know how bad Nintendo's software situation has been lately.

I seriously don't know why zumba is always on top. Why don't the people buying it actually go and do the actuall zumba instead of a game.

Why don't people just go out and shoot people up instead of playing CoD?

These sales are just plain awful.

I mean 3DS is damn near pathetic.

Wii still on top (can it hold out for another few weeks?), PS3 good, 360 very bad. Like some said, under 100k this week or next seems probable :/

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Oh the irony that is you two complaining about bad sales for an overpriced console. Good luck with Vita i suppose, at least Nintendo's making an actual profit on it.

Imo, Nintendo are still trying to establish their new marketing strategy, and they'll probably wait another 6 months, because when Mario 3D, MK and Kid Icarus launch thats when they'll need the push.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

I expecting the 3DS drop, but I was hoping I would be wrong.

As bad as the 360 numbers are its quite impressive that 31% of those are from the UK, which is the biggest market in EMEAA.

Piss poor sales all round.

YOY:

Wii - down 13%

PS3 - down 41%

360 - down 38%

3DS - awful

I didn't think PS3, 360 sales were that bad, but this really puts it into perspective :/

3DS is selling so poorly now
