Nope I do not believe that there is other life forms in universe. I believe in the bible and that is my opinion, and I'm not trying to start a religious battle. It is just what I believe.

Honestly, yes i do believe in life beyond earth, and i'm convinced we'll have contact with a species from another planet/etc at some point in time, i really hope it's in my lifetime, but unfortunatly that is a unknown.

we'll probably find some life on Enceladus fairly soon (about 50 years), but I think we'll only come into contact with intelligent life until we've colonised Mars and Venus (and that life will be from outside our solar system)

That's a great Topic.I hope we will talk a little on the topic.

We will find life.that's sure.there is nothing in universe that there is only one.Life may seem rare but it isn't.we may seem lucky to exist cause all this required conditions but if we weren't  we couldn't think about how it is rare.We can live in so toxic conditions as are on Earth like oxygen,water,radiation and you have to open you're mind.life do not require water,oxygen,the same temperatures etc. I believe we will find some kind of life on Titan,IO or Europa.That will be first step.

We now know that there isn't advanced life in approximity of around 100mln light years but who knows?maybe they live 100 years and 1 day and tomorow we will get their Radio or TV signal.it can happen any day.and this will be first contact cause Radio signals travel at light speed.or maybe there is life really close but they  are now 1000years behind us in evolution?

Inteligent life can exist in dry enviroments,extremly wet,cold or hot in water,metan etc they can be small like worms or big and spiritiul but definetly they look way different than us cause we adapted to live on Earth and if Earth would be different by 1% we would look so much different.

So even if you give really small chance to that life exist on random picked planet there are bilions of bilions of galaxys with bilions of bilions  of stars each we would have few MILIONS of alien species.And there is possible that there are billions of universes in multiverse(not parallel) so it gives us Quadrillion of aliens on dozens of Quadrillions of planets. We are not special.Face it guys. And do not speak about aliens as there would be only one other civilization cause thats much much less likely that there are only one alien civ than that there are Quadrillions of them. I believe that There are plenty of them but universe/multiverse is so big that it's like fishing in Canada knowing that there is only one fish in only one of it's lake and you do not know in which.

They are there and some of them now builded community of hundreds of civilizations,some know of existance of only few and some are lone wonderes just us we are. But there will be the day that you will wake up turn on TV and see those red labels on every channel that we can now listen to alien radio.

I doubt we will find life such as us or even life that is as developed as us or our fellow mammals. I think we will find life in terms of plants and maybe small bacteria.

A massive global UN influenced conspiracy is covering it all up though.

You can take me as insane but recieving radio and TV signal from aliens would change my life.I would devote rest of my life to uncover their culture,their movies,TV shows,their planet.sadly when we will receive such signal we will be able to study them only by their radio and TV signals cause sending them "Nice to meet you" message would take anything from 100 to milions of years and response would take twice the time.I hope the closest one live 100 to 200 years from us so as soon as we will receive their signal they will receive ours.

they wouldn't hide it cause that info wouldn't make harm to our economy or life because of distance that split us from closest aliens and it could even boost economy cause we all would now have worldwde goal to accomplish.There is no resonable point to hide it.

Until we perfect string theory it won't happen. In order to travel faster than the speed of light we would literally need to harness a black hole as time slows near a black hole and have the black hole move along the ship going through the wormhole (string theory). We are so far away from this I can't even make a general predicition.
