its safe to say that its because ps3 fans outnumber 360 fans by pretty close to 2 to 1 on this site. I know there was a poll a while ago that would have backed my statement up but I have no way of finding it.

Coupled with forge, I happily prefer halo 3 over any other fps to this day as long as I can get some friends to play with me.

Even Reach?

Yes, because I don't really like the special abilities in halo reach, especially sprint and the rolling ability.

Like I said, maybe I was unlucky and just planed newbs. The game has a rank system, and I'm decent in MP, could easily whip out some newbies. Still I thought about half the maps were unbalanced, half were good. It doesn't make sense to you because, oh no! Someone has a different experience with Killzone 3 then you did......:-O!

Either way, this is my opinion, why must you make a big deal out of my personal opinion? I voted L4D2, and gave my reason, everyone takes in a game a different way, and we all have our preferences. Why do you never try to burn me on my anti 360 posts?

On Corinth, I never played more then 4 vs. 4. Once I played 2 vs. 1, and it was just plain not fun. Do you only play the game during peak hours?

I'll write on your wall later, I'd have to check my rank. It's nothing high, at most I played 10 hours online, and I'll try to tell you where I camp often, but it's hard over writing.

Regardless, I voted L4D2, blanced or unbalanced maps, my biggest complaint about Killzone 3 was the poorly integrated co-op (can't continue co-op campaign in single player, and vice versa). I like how you ignore that.

Always my PS3 posts draw attention, I said bad things about both L4D2 and KZ3.

As for the prior debate, honestly I don't care. You're the type to look up every comment I say about PS3 exclusives and critisize me when you don't agree in the slightest. When I made the old post I only briefly played KZ3 online, and I was wrong when I said there weren't upgrades and unlocks. I just didn't notice them because they weren't as heavily implemented as Uncharted 3, Halo, and Call of Duty. I admitted I was wrong then, but I wasn't spreading BS like you want to think I was. Killzone 3 still doesn't have an upgrade/unlock system to the level of more popular shooters, and it's probably a small reason why it's not picking up with sales (or online matches). Even then, in that thread, you also ignored my main point (Of killzone not having the hype, or prior establishings), and wanted to tackle me on any little detail you don't agree with.

However we are derailing. I'll send you a message about my killzone 3 rank later. Don't feel like putting the game in at this moment. For once people would like to keep their thread related to the topic at hand, and I made my point, I don't need to defend it.

werent heavily implemented? what? you cant get any weapons without leveling up, you cant get any powers without leveling up. how could you play multiplayer without it. its level up system is right in front of your face

Well in Call of Duty, you notice perks in your very first game. When an ally uses radar, when someone calls in a napalm strike etc. Also when you run around you can pick up very different guns. In Killzone 3, you only have weapon unlocks, and some abilities. I don't believe there is anything cosmetic, but it's been about a month since I played. It's not the same thing, except for the cloak upgrade, I think you can basically play the game the same with or without them.

Halo Reach, there are no weapon upgrades, but cosmetic upgrades play a huge role into customizability. Every spartan looks unique. Also game modes are highly customizable. You can build your own maps, pick which weapons to start with, pick abilities, adjust health and damage settings etc. It's different, and I feel more integrated, but that's my opinion. It sells better due to hype, overall polish (co-op setup in KZ3 is just garbage, don't argue with that), and it established itself first.

P.S. Don't hate me because I said half of Killzones maps are unbalanced. Call of Duty has just as many killing points. Isn't there a famous video of a guy getting a KD score of 500 to 10? That's 10, 50 kill streaks average! Most games have some unbalance, unless the maps are completly uniform (like in Gears). The vote specifically asked which do I like better Killzone 3 or L4D2, and I said L4D2 mainly because of a better co-op experience. I only specifically point out KZ3 maps being unbalanced because the poll asked why. The online multiplayer, to me, isn't as polished as it could have been. L4D2 was better, but at the same time multiplayer was often 1 sided, and the game is really short. I did say it was a close call.

People are far too defensive about PS3 exclusives. Let it rest, people have different opinions then you.

this has nothing to do with you like another game more, and everything about you being wrong.

it is litterally impossible to play killzone without noticing the progress bar, after every single go it shows it to you, it shows you how much of a class you have unlocked. it shows you what powers you have. it tells you how many credits you have to buy the abilities. good luck getting anywhere in the game ignoring these things

I've only played Killzone 3 online for bout 10 hours, since it's ranked I may have just been matched with newbs, but when I did play 10 kill streaks were common on the jetpack map with the green fuel thing. Blood Gauch (I think) was a more balanced map, I only manage 5 kill streaks on that map, and I believe you get a silver trophy for it.

And just because I often get into stupid arguements on VGC about PS3, I'll let you know my PSN ID. ItDontFryPickles. Send me a message and I'll reply, you will see I have at least that Blood Gauch silver trophy. Just let me know it's you in the message. Is that enough to show you I'm not lying?

When I played those maps I mentioned, I got over 10 kill streaks easy. Not all maps are unbalanced, a lot of the DLC maps seem to be more fair, and I would even say well built (I do really enjoy Blood Gauch).

Also I never played that mech level with over 8 people, 4 vs. 4. It's a terrible map, and the lack of players on it show that.

see that just doesn't make any sense whatsoever, I don't care if you are the god of FPS or something but unless you are lying or played against a bunch of noobs no way in hell is that that easy. and the number of players is just flat out false, like I said I'm a major general 1 rank player, I know what I'm talking about.I only once played cornith highway with less numbers and that was when i partied up with (think) it was radientshadow once and we ended in a 4 vs 4 match..and I have played that map to death. It's not a terrible map at all, it's a huge map, lots of tactical routes to take and campers can be taken care of by any competant player..or even a noob

the maps are not unbalanced, stop ranting on bout that. you said people can camp on those two matched. Tell me where and I will tell you exactly why that's just flat out BS. Post in my wall since we are derailing a bit here. But yeah tell me where in the map the so called camp points are and also tell me your rank in the MP, no need to add on psn, I'll take your word for it

about that past debate, you said kz3 doesn't have it and you were caught in a lie, stop running around it. I called you out and it was obvious you had no idea what you are talking about. It's not as deep as, let's say UC3, options but there are many weapons and abilities specific to each class to be unlocked. the search function is a real pain in the ass if not I would have gladly found the post to you but I do remember it clearly.

Like I said, maybe I was unlucky and just planed newbs. The game has a rank system, and I'm decent in MP, could easily whip out some newbies. ughh no I am calling your bs out not because you had a different experience I'm doing so because you are trying put forth a personal horrible experience or a lie as fact and that just ain't true.

I don't stalk your post or any of that nonsense. stop thinking too highly of yourself. I'm sure I've mentioned this before but I actually 'avoid' arguments with you since you run around the points by writing essays which is filled with useless jibberish most of the time. so no I don't call you out usually, only in this kz3 matter since it's a MP that have given me a lot of enjoyment

I didn't comment on co op since I only played co op once with a mate of mine..but that's bout it. so dunno if that's true or not hence why I didn't ask you bout it, I take your word on it...

peak hours? lol dunno but I assure I played the game a lot in all hours! there was a time where all my free time was on the game....

and I don't mind you having an opinion but some of you things you state as facts are just wrong..stop crying about it when others call you out :) if you don't like it don't state it. I'm not attacking you, this has a discussion nothing more nothing less

and your classing and unlocking stuff are rubbish..for me, despite having played the game so much, I have only unlocked all things only on three classes, infiltrator, marksman and engineer. others are either half or less unlocked. so no there's plenty of things to unlock in the game. and stop making excuses, you lied and got caught last time. the unlock system is pretty much in your face in the game. heck it's heavily promoted outside the game on the site as well. you just played a bit or saw some vids and lied bout it so stop running around it. it's not the 'games' fault lol

anywho yeah go ahead and post in my wall when you find out bout your rank and the camp points

But I played the game for 10 hours, not 1 match. Personally I felt many of the stock maps were pretty unbalanced, and that's the truth. Stop being so defensive.

Peak Hours - I'm labeling these hours based on my experience with Lost Planet, and other smaller sales games after the game got old. If you play a game between 10PM and 3AM Eastern time, there are more gamers online. If you play one of the smaller games at 7AM Eastern time, they tend to have no one playing. I'm the type of person who plays shooters at various points in time. Often 2-5AM, sometimes noon, sometimes 10PM. Many of the times I played Killzone 3, Corinth Highway (really only this map) had trouble filling up. I feel it was because this map was heavily unbalanced. This is one of the ground in which I claim Killzone 3 maps (some of them) are unbalanced. This is not BS, just because this is one of your favorite games, and you're level 50 or whatever doesn't change the fact that if you play that map outside of peak hours, you will not get a full game. Even at peak hours I'm not sure you can, I never did.

.... anyway, I'm tired of this. I'm not going to continue because this debate is stupid. Many of the maps are unbalanced, you can check my rank by checking my PSN ID. It's not too high because I only played about 10 hours, and my KD is about 1 because when I first started playing, I just kept dying, since people would spawn kill and camp, but that's my experience.

This isn't BS, this isn't wrong, this isn't some short time bad experience, and I do enjoy the game online. Just one of the reasons why I feel L4D2 was better was because maps were unbalanced. You take things too far, I'll still PM you my rank next time I turn my PS3 on, probably late tonight because I'm curious if I could still get a 10 kill streak, even though I haven't played the game in a month.

Also I never said there weren't plenty of things to unlock, they just aren't as implemented into the game as Call of Duty or Halo. I didn't even notice them until about 2-3 hours of playing online.

Everything about me being wrong?

You finish a match, get experience, rank up. Never said you don't notice that part, but I didn't notice that you could buy stuff for a while. Even then what can you buy that's so special? The only thing I can even remember other then weapon upgrades is the ability to cloak for marksmen. Who cares about rank, it's just a number, I was refering to unlockables in that old debate, and Killzone 3 has a lot less then Call of Duty.

Please, don't bring up an old debate you weren't even part of, and stop being so damn rude.

The PS3 was creaming the Xbox 360. I had to do something.

Even then, Warhawk is still geting 60% as many votes. This just shows to you how biased this website can be.

Want to know which game is really better? Read the comments. Not one for Halo vs. Warhawk gave reasons why Warhawk was better. These are far more fair.
