In every detailed look of the controller, no one talks about the sensor strip.

The what?

OT nice find, shame there is no picture of the back to show where the other shoulder buttons are and battery.

Oh, and two things:

1-Isn't there any extra connection for other devices? As it looks the is no place to connect something like the vitality sensor or other weird things to come.

2-Why have they put they headphone jack on top? Its place should be the bottom! Everybody knows that.

I'm still not too sold on the controller. I'm waiting to hear how much it'll cost, and I don't like the fact that it essentially makes for a lopsided multiplayer experience, since only one can be used.

Nintendo has stated in many interviews since E3 that they are heavily considering the sale of Wii U controllers at retail for synchronous multiplayer.  They've already stated it is technically possible to support multiple controllers as it is so pricing is their only concern.

JEMC, the black areas to the side of the camera are LED lights just like in the sensor bar for the Wii.

i'm extremely excited for this new console but is it me or Nintendo has a fetish for small sized consoles? i kinda wish it was alot bigger then the Wii.

Thanks. So that's why rumors said the controller could act as a sensor bar. A bit pointless, isn't it?

I can't wait for some asymmetrical multiplayer.  One of the most fun mutiplayer experiences I have ever had was playing Pac-Man VS on the Gamecube.
