Look at known July releases:
(June 23): New HW bundle --> 5k to 15k bump? (includes WSR at 20,000 Yen)
July 2 week: Goldeneye 007 --> Small 0-2k bump?
July 9 week: Wii Play Motion (2k bump?) Sequel to huge motion-game and includes controller.
July 16 week: Inazuma Eleven (I was looking at preorders against the first DS game, and the Wii game, this could do up to 125k week one) 5k bump?
July 23 week: Rhythm Heaven 5-10k bump? DS game was a million-seller, Wii game should do several hundred thousand ltd
July 30 week: Nothing
Aug 6 week: Epic Mickey (slight bump?)
I'm not expecting Wii sales to go back to 30k - 40k or anything 'solid' for any length of time in Japan but I think its conceivable that there are several 25 - 30k weeks in July with the new hw, fairly big games and Obon. Beyond what I've listed Zelda, Just Dance 2, Michael Jackson, Kirby, and Dragon Quest Collection (40k bump?) are all supposedly coming by year end. Mario Party 9 wouldn't surprise me either by year end since it was announced at E3.
July - December seems suprisingly strong given how little has released in Japan for in January - June, its strange.
