Should I get the Ocarina of Time 3D tomorrow to get the CD? I don't really have a 3DS, but I want that CD...

I reached Platinum status back in March, when I registered my 3DS, and I'm hoping that this year's prize will be something Zelda related.

Depends on how bad you want the CD.

I'm sure the CD will pop up on eBay and the like soon enough. The question is how expensive it will be. It's really hard to tell.

Here in Japan people try to sell the registration codes on Yahoo auctions for up to 3000 Yen. The game itself is sold for 3918 Yen e.g. on amazon, just to give you an idea. Having said that, it looks that nobody is stupid enough to pay 3000 Yen just for the registration code. The going price seems to be 500-1000 Yen.

I bet this is it! Cuz last year was Maro's 25th anniversary, and the prize was a Mario statue thingy. So it's likely that this time it will have something to do with Zelda.

I want something like this:

I only have 40 coins :(

Way off Platinum! I got it last year, though; which gave me that nifty statue.

I joined last year and became a platinum member.

I'm currently at 590 and I will have a post-play survey for Bit.Trip.Fate. on Sunday and that will give me 10 more coins, I will become a platinum member once again.

UPDATE: I just got 600 coins and now I'm a platinum member.

unfortunately Australia doesn't have any platinum esque rewards. I would have platinum by now if we did which is really annoying. But we did get a classic controller in the shape of a SNES controller. that was pretty sweet!

Is this Elite/Platinum thing just for Japan and NA or is it for Europe as well?
