Depends on how bad you want the CD.
I'm sure the CD will pop up on eBay and the like soon enough. The question is how expensive it will be. It's really hard to tell.
Here in Japan people try to sell the registration codes on Yahoo auctions for up to 3000 Yen. The game itself is sold for 3918 Yen e.g. on amazon, just to give you an idea. Having said that, it looks that nobody is stupid enough to pay 3000 Yen just for the registration code. The going price seems to be 500-1000 Yen.
