Majora's Mask:-
Twinmold are an absolute joke compared to Gyorg. I can't believe they're the boss for the last temple.

Now, I'll try to collect all the masks before going to the final battle.

Better face the final boss before you get all Masks then replay it after you get all masks. Two reasons:

1. There are 4 mini(optional) dungeons before the final fight. Each costs 6 masks to access so it good replay value if you didn't play them the first time and went to the boss

2. You get the Fierce Diety Mask if you have all other masks, and it makes the final fight a button mashing walk over. So if you do get it, don't use it the first time you play this fight.

@Mr. Khan, probably a problem shared by all puzzle heavy adventure games.

I did beat the final boss twice. One with the mask and one without. The difference was HUGE!

This sounds like fun!
I'll be playing: (probably on this order)
-OoT 3D (already started on that one)
-Wind Waker which I never finished
-Majora's Mask which I've never even seen a single trailer or smth
and -Twilight Princess which I've already completed on Wii's launch :D

Let me know when you guys get to OoT and Majora's Mask.

Majora's Mask best Zelda ever made, can't argue that.

Gah, i'm stuck on another one. There's some sort of multi-boulder challenge to be able to get up higher in Tal Tal Heights, so that i can then subsequently drop down to the Angler Cave, which i've already unlocked

Unless i need the bow, but the only way i can get the bow is to steal it, or the game's just created an unsolvable puzzle and is laughing at me and my patheticness

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

The 6th dungeon in the original Zelda is kicking my ass. Any tips for all the Wizrobes and Like-Likes anybody?

Just make sure you've bought everything from the shop that you needed (not much else there besides the shovel, I think) and then steal the bow and never visit the shop again. This is something you have to do in the DX version of LA anyway, because it nets you one of the twelve photos (which, unfortunately, include some pictures that can't be obtained after certain events in the game).

The bow would fix it if the bow can break those blue crystals. I guess i could go all the way back to Mabe village, stock up on bombs, then steal the bow

But then Marin will yell at me :(

I wish I could tell you, if you even need the bow in the first place for this puzzle, but it has been too long since I played the game.

Btw, women moan all the time, so do what you have to do. It's not going to change the outcome.

Edit: Gamefaqs to the rescue again, and once again i was interpreting something as much, much harder than it actually is. Those crystals could be broken with the sword, which i never bothered to try in all my attempts to ram them...

Get the Magic Shield which can be bought in various shops for a price between 90-160 rupees (the cheapest option can be found by going east, north, west x2 and bombing the wall, starting from the screen where the first dungeon is located). This way you can block the shots of the Wizrobes. Run up to them and attack after you blocked their shot, with a little practice you should hardly get hit anymore. At this point in the game you should have already bought the blue ring which halves the damage you take. Getting the Magic Sword from the cementry (possible once you have twelve hearts) also greatly helps, because it does quadruple the damage of the Wooden Sword.

The LIke-Likes don't require any special strategy, the one important thing is to never get caught by them, because they will eat your Magic Shield and you can't get it back, so you will have to buy a new one. Better be safe than sorry by trying to keep enough distance between you and them to not be surprised when they suddenly change direction, don't feel ashamed if not every sword stab hits one of them.

Thanks. Wasn't sure if the Magic Shield would stop Wizrobes magic or not. This should make it much easier.
