@ OP. Nobody said PS3 and Wii had a better E3 than the 360. What people said is that Sony and Nintendo had a better E3 than MS

Actually alot of people said Sony and Nintendo had the better conference. What he is saying is that overall Microsoft had a great showing with what they announced thruout E3, not just the conference. Personally that new dashboard Metro UI and the host of new multimedia capabilities was pretty killer.

Sony and Nintendo DID have a better conference. In terms of the showing

3DS=Vita>Wii U >> 360 > PS3 = Wii

Sony and Ninty had better conferences than MS because of the 3DS, vita and Wii U. Regardless, 360 had a better conference than the PS3 or Wii

LOLOL PS3 = Wii?? How???

PS3 vs 360 was on par or Halo 4 was the best announce.

But overall the Microsoft E3 was MEH (5/10), Nintendo had Wii U (6/10) and Sony the best of show with PSVita (7/10)... the big three made a MEH E3 this year.

And of course you forget many titles for PS3:

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception (exclusive, 3D)
inFAMOUS 2 (exclusive, Move support)
LittleBigPlanet 2 (exclusive, more Move support)
Resistance 3 (exclusive, 3D)
Twisted Metal (exclusive)
Starhawk (exclusive)
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (exclusive)
God of War Origins (exclusive, 3D)
Ico and Shadow of the Colossus HD Collection (exclusive, 3D)
Street Fighter X Tekken (with PSVita integration)
Dust 514 (exclusive, Move support)
Dragon's Crown (exclusive, PSVita integration)
Ruin (exclusive, PSVita integration)
Tekken Hybrid
Sillent Hill HD Collection (exclusive)
Medieval Moves: Dead Man’s Quest (exclusive)
NBA On the Move (NBA 2K12 with Move)
Bioshock: Infinite (Move support)
Saints Row 3 (exclusive content)
Star Trek (Move support, exclusive content)
SSX (exclusive PS3-only run down Mt Fuji)
Need for Speed Rum (exclusive content)
Battlefield 3 (free Battlefield 1943)
WipEout HD (crossplay with PSVita WipEout)
Dragons’s Dogma (360 too)
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (360 too)
Blades of Time (360 too)
Overstrike (360 too)
Disgaea 4
Sorcery
Payback: The HEIST (PSN, console exclusive)
Papo & Yo (PSN)
Journey (PSN)
Pixeljunk Sidescroller (PSN)

I guess I forgot something .

For me handhelds are a non starter when talking about video games so I could care less about vita and DS. When it came to the actual conferences MS had the best presentation but the content to me was lacking in comparrison to Sony so I have to give the nod to Sony for having the best E3. Nintendo to me was dead last, the WiiU controller is a non starter, I won't be using it and I don't think the rest of the core gaming world will either.

Are you guys even that excited about Halo 4 after the disappointment that was Halo Reach?

Halo Reach was no disappointment. And, by that logic, no one should be excited for PSV after the disappointment PSP was.

Anyway, i agree with the OP. Xbox 360 had the best games of the 3.

You have hardly touched Halo Reach

http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/Default.aspx?player=irkenkats&sg=0

You played less than 5 hours in multiplayer and that is including competetive/invasion/Firefight and Arena..

And you have two achievements for Halo 3 destroy a vehicle and finish the first mission....

You only played the first mission of Halo 3......and didn't do much in Halo Reach either...how can you even compare them and call it a dissapointment or not...

This is really a big gripe I have with the MS community on Vgchartz...  Hyping up Halo 4/Halo HD: Anniversary like it is best game ever....while most of those people hardly play the other games..

This is really sad.

It's seem more that you have a grip against me and don't know squat about the community... Because i think 3 and Reach were both played by most of the users, at least, the most vocal ones. But, i don't know for sure, since some don't even use a gamercard to let me stalk them. :p

Really now. I've completed the game and played online. That you can not deny. If i am not allowed to express my opinion, then i don't know what your standards are.

But see, the game has 91 of metascore, sold more than 8 millions of copies, most of my friends love the game, as so most of the random people with xbox i know from the internet do. So, by all means, to me Halo Reach was not a disappointment.

And the fact i just completed the first mission or so of Halo 3 have nothing to do with this. I don't even remmember the last time i played that game. lol

how come you ignore sony or nintendo's other systems. you can' tjust look at their ps3 or wii games.

besides 360 had many multiplat games shown, so how am i supposed to be excited for 360 when i could play those on either pc or ps3 if i wanted to get them for that instead of my 360?  any multiplats just go into e3 category and get removed from said console makers conference

I am talking about everything that went on at E3 not just the press conferences.

OK so I was on vacation last week and only paid partial attention to E3. I have watched the MS E3 presentation and seen many of the other 360 announcements made by MS and others post the presentation.  If it wasnt shown, but we know its coming I will not mention it. I wont mention multiplatform (I dont mean what may show up on PC) even if they have console specific features.

For 360 I see the following showcased titles (all week)

Gears 3 - September 2011
Forza 4 - October 2011
Halo CE Anniversary - November 2011
Halo 4 - 2012
Dance Central 2 - Holiday 2011
Kinect Sports 2 - Holiday 2011
Kinect Star Wars - Holiday 2011
Kinect Disneyland Adventures - November 2011
Ryse - 2012
Fable: The Journey - 2012
Minecraft - Winter 2011
Rise of Nightmares - Fall 2011
Sesame Street - Fall 2011
XCOM - 2012

New voice enabled Metro UI 360 dashboard with youtube, ufc, live tv, bing enabled integrated content search. New Xbox Live features include cloud storage, beacons.

Many new XBLA titles.

So I contrast that with the stuff I heard about for PS3 and Wii.

Wii
New Zelda - Fall 2011
New Kirby - Fall 2011

PS3
Resistance 3 - Fall 2011
Uncharted 3 - Fall 2011
Twisted Metal - Fall 2011
Starhawk - 2012
Sly Cooper 4 - 2012
PSP God of War titles packaged for PS3
As far as I know nothing new for PSN.

So what did I miss?

Quite a lot actually

Team ICO titles remastered for fall 2011.

MGS2-3 remastered for the PS3.

Silent Hill remastered for the PS3.

Move sorcey title.

Ruins for PS3 and Vita.

Dust 514.

PixelJunk sidescroller for PSN.

Not arguing with the quality of that list.  Just pointing out that MGS 2/3/Peacewalker are coming to 360, too,

Why not? Its a PS3/360 controller with a screen, i don't see whats so bad about it coming from a core gamer. Nintendo always makes good first party, so i guess we core gamers should just forget about that?

Nintendo had the best presentation imho
Sony had the second best.

Gamewise I have to agree Microsoft has a stronger lineup, though It's a bit too Kinect focused.

nintendo had the best really? if so can you tell me what wii gamers have to look forward to?

He means the whole conference, with the Zelda Orchestra, 3DS first party software and Wii U. Not only the Wii.

On one hand, you forgot that Bioshock 3 was going to come with Bioshock 1.......but on the other hand, you probably shouldn't count that or any of the other multi-plats just because they have certain DLC or Add ons.  It's not like the OP was going out of his way to say "exclusive Kinect features" or "first released DLC".  That list looks long but upon closer inspection.....I mean, LBP2?  Seriously?

And I'm trying to remain unbiased in this thread.  I already stated that, in my opinion, Nintendo and Sony had better E3's than Nintendo.  As for the Wii vs Ps3 vs 360, I'm just reading/enjoying the thread and commenting here and there,
