Can someone explain "Near" to me? And is it a 3G only feature?

Near (I guess) is a feature to search and interact with others PS Vita arround you using GPS... all PS Vita version (even not 3D) has built-in GPS.

Little Deviants was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, Sound Shapes was surprisingly good. Little Big Planet and Uncharted showed off this piece of hardware's potential with graphics.

Bleh, I went off topic. The trailer was good and I really liked that song :D
