Near (I guess) is a feature to search and interact with others PS Vita arround you using GPS... all PS Vita version (even not 3D) has built-in GPS.

Cool. Wonder what kind of interactions will be possible. Also, really wondering why there's nothing mentioned yet about storage for the NGP... still excited for it.
