Yes they are 2 different games, Zero no kiseki is the first entry and Ao is the sequel. They both constitute a dualogy.Sen and Sen II and the still unannounced sequel are another trilogy for the series. Each Dualogy/trilogy takes place in the same world but in different locations. The series has a giant overreaching plot that spreads through all the games, though each dualogy/trilogy has its own story that can be played alone.

As for God Eater 2 Rage burst, it already released in japan a couple months ago. The recently announced God Eater is a remake for the first game releasing in October.

Do you have more pictures of this game, besides that one with the bridge? Is the game available in English?

Regarding to that new Dragon Quest announcement, I think it is going to sell incredibly well and it's great to see Square Enix actually bringing fullfledged titles to PS Vita :D

No, unfortunately the game is japan only as it was recommeneded for someone asking for japan-only games :p. The hope is if Sen & Sen II sell well enough, we might see it in the west (I doubt it, more like Sen III will come to the west in that case lol)

On topic : I wake up, pick up my ipad in bed, see Dragon Quest : Builders with a Minecraft like screenshot. My inital reaction what the fuck is this lol. Good for Dragon Quest fans that like Minecraft I guess. Sad that I have 0 interest in Minecraft. SQ support though : SAGA, DQ Builders, World of Final Fantasy and the rumored Star ocean 2 remake.

There are still a couple of DQ announcments according to Verendus so maybe something else for vita plz :p

Worth noting that the developer is the team who are working on WRC5 for Vita, so maybe there's a chance?

(It seems they also made Motorcycle Club though, which is universally seen as being crap, so...)
