So I can actually skip battles after all? What a relief... Still, I don't like the Mog Clock system. It doesn't even make any sense, and randomly appearing battles are still a horrible thing even if I choose not to fight them.

Agreed on both, the Mog Clock is clearly some gimmicky thing, but who knows it may turn out to be fun...and the system might develop throughout the game.

I LOVED FFXIII's enemies on field thingy....I am so sad they are reverting to a type of random battle....but at least we can skip the battles which softens the blow. I bet newbz will skip battles n then complain bosses are too hard lol

Sounds promising so far.

So , an attempt for redemption after the FFXIII fiasco. I see they are trying to fix a lot of what they had wrong showing this might not be a cash in like the first one. I still need to see if the "fav" ffXIII characters retain their annoying personality and if there really is exploration in this one. At the end this one makes FFXII look like some kind of prologue or beta version. Is interesting that they are adding towns, minigames and moggles in recognition of their previous mistake. Ill wait for some reviews to see if this remove the awful taint they left in the JRPG genre.

This new info has been taken from the interview is just one thing...

- Multiple Endings (noooooooo!!!...but ok it will add replay value)

XIII-2's other major shift is in the game's approach to storytelling. Rather than bombard the player with lavish but momentum-sapping cut-scenes, Kitase and his team are striving to better integrate narrative and gameplay into a more seamless whole. For example, as you explore the game world you'll also trigger dynamic cut-scenes that play out in-game, should you elect to stand still and take them in. Conversely, you can ignore them and march o

Both will be added to the OP.

I like the hidden paths stuff, hidden side-quests and the more open world... I wonder if it'll be as open and big as Final Fantasy XII's world.

I hope this one has cool boss fights, I didn't find any of the bosses in Final Fantasy XIII to be memmorable for me.
I'm not sure if I like the monsters thing.... Wish it was released in christmass this year :P

Don't worry SE said in Jan Lightning is gonna be the "main" character...but I think we will alternate between serah/noel/whoever else n Lightning and whoever else.

Either way I might go on a media blackout post E3...it will be very hard for me to do that though lol.
