The impression I got from what Jack was saying was "I have no idea whatsoever what the hell is happening to that game".

If it ever launches, it could well be multiplatform. It's firmly in the vapourware category now, but hey, so were LA Noire and Duke Nukem Forever.

Sony should never have let Rockstar out of their GTA exclusive deal. It's hurt them short term on console sales with GTA 4 and it hurt them long term cause Rockstar is just dicking them around at this point.
