Was paid today for the first time since July so it was nice to have a wander through town without feeling like a hobo.
edit: as for games, I haven't had to buy any since the last time I posted in here because friends have lent me L.A. Noir, Dragon Age: Origins, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Mass Effect 2. I'm lucky!

Nice about the games part. You should totally get on Batman AA; it's an awesome game, imo, and it made me into a Batman fan.
Somehow, I was able to afford four new games, and I've been unemployed since June!! Also bought a lot of movies from Blockbuster since they were going out of business.
