Sony will probably put a lot of emphasis on NGP, but I am realy hoping there is a lot more focus on console games.

Nintendo has the biggest potential due to a new system reveal

nintendo, Café and 3ds games... 

Definitely Nintendo for me, by far.  They've already confirmed playable Cafe at the show, so it will undoubtedly have a huge presence at their conference.  What I'm really hoping for is a lot of surprise third-party announcements pertaining to Cafe.  And (hopefully) some really great stuff on 3DS.

Sony will almost certainly be second, given the NGP and ND showing off their "blow you away" gameplay demo of Uncharted 3 like they did with U2 back in '09.

Microsoft may try and steal some of Nintendo's thunder with some kind of announcement regarding Xbox 3, but no way will they have anything playable, so I don't expect them to shine until next year.  Personally I don't really care about Kinect either, so unless they have some huge surprises they'll likely be a distant third for me.

I have a feeling that Microsoft will suprise everyone this year cause there being really quiet out of the three , while there are high hopes for Nintendo's conference and Sony's

I would say Sony but they are like always revealing almost all their games before E3 but they will probably have most content but not so many new games we don't no about except for the awesome NGP!!!!!

I think Nintendo will have the best as their will be a new hardware then sony and then last Microsoft as they will mostly focus on Kinect and maybe youtube?

I didn't expect Nintendo to be winning by that much...

But Nintendo seems most promising. Get the good games in, show off Cafe, and you've got a winner.

for me, it'll be the Sony, I can't wait to see the NGP in action (and hopefully launch details too!), but for most gamers it will be Nintendo easy, but whats good for this E3 is that every gamer is a winner with all the new hardware everywhere
