Here you go.  The Project Cafe console has been called Dreamcast 2 in some circles, as a shot at how it had its own screen, and also would come too early, just like the Dreamcast.  Another name suggest for the Project Cafe console is Stream (well, it had been rumored).  So, why not combine both, and call it the Streamcast and be done with it?

No it doesn't sound good, Nintendo Hybrid sounds ok.

I hope the final name ends up being "Stream"... then the first thing I'll do is buy two of them and cross them just to see what happens.

I do hope that it isn't Steam.  I don't like that name, and one would end up expecting to see a lot of "Steamcast" shots made of it, if it is.

If you cross two Wiis, you're crossing your "stream."

The Stream is two Wiis duct taped together, confirmed.

And if Wii is two Gamecubes duct taped together, that would make it a cube to the fourth power.  Hmm... Something Cubed and made up of two more equals what?  Nintendo GameHypercube?  Can someone do the math?

I hope they outsource the network component to Valve.  They would make a better network experience than the 360's overnight.  I don't think theres another company out there who has better experience with networking.  Valve even has the guy who invented bit torrent working for them.
