Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo Cafe - Leaked game list

ME1 cannot be on Cafe because MS owns it.

Madden cannot be only on Cafe because EA is contractually obliged to release it on all platforms.

Therefore fake. Other things are highly unlikely, too.

Obviously, we've had a few lists of leaked games already, but there's nothing wrong with getting excited about rumors :P

This one originated very recently at NeoGaf, and has been spreading throughout the internet. Although it appears to be more of a fanboy dream-list (Legend of Paper Zelda? o.o), there might be some truth in the list.

  • First Party
    • Launch Games
      • Extreme Sports Cafe (New IP, Combines 1080 and Wave Race Other Sports)
      • Pikmin Cafe (Interfaces with Pikmin 3DS)
      • Endless Ocean Cafe
      •  Nintendogs Cafe Kennel (Interfaces with Nintendogs Cats)
      • Mii Explore (New IP, Multiplayer Adventure Game)
    • Launch Window
      • Kirby's Epic Yarn 2 (Launch Window, Multiplayer)
      • Wario Ware Cafe (Launch - Launch Window?)
    • Future Games
      • Super Mario Cafe (Late 2012/Early 2013, Paradigm Shift a la SM64)
      • Legend of Paper Zelda (Mid 2012, Paper Mario version of SNES Zelda)
      • Fire Emblem Cafe (Late 2012)
      • Retro Studios IP (Late 2012, New IP)
      • Project Sora IP (New IP)
      • Monolith Soft RPG (New IP)
      • Miyamoto Game (New IP)
  • Third Party
    • Launch Games
      • Battlefield 3 (Extra Content)
      • Street Fighter X Tekken (Timed Exclusive)
      • SSX
      • Super Monkey Ball Cafe
      • Tony Hawk Cafe
      • Ridge Racer Cafe
      • Mass Effect 3 (Possibly with ME 1 2)
      • InVersion
      • Dragons Dogma
      • Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier
      • Metal Gear Solid: Rising (Extra Content)
      • Silent Hill: Downpour (Extra Content)
      • PES 2013 Cafe (Timed Exclusive)
      • Trauma Center Cafe
    • Launch Window
      • Modern Warfare 3
      • Grand Theft Auto V (Launch, Timed Exclusive)
      • Dead Space Spin Off
      • Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Cafe
      • Soul Caliber V (Extra Content)
    • Future Games
      • Sonic Cafe (Sonic Generations)
      • Platinum Games IP (Bayonetta 2)
      • Phantasty Star Online 2 (Late 2012?)
      • SEGA Game (???)
      • The Amazing Spider-Man: The Game
      • Rockstar Game (New IP?)
      • BioShock Infinite (Timed Exclusive)
      • Red Steel III
      • Beyond Good & Evil 2
      • Doom 4
      • Madden 2013 (Timed Exclusive)
      • Tiger Woods 13
      • Fight Night Cafe
      • Need for Speed Cafe
      • Level-5 Game (New IP)
      • Kingdom Hearts Cafe (Possibly KH3)
      • Square Enix Game (New IP)
      • Square Enix Game (???)
      • Grasshopper Game (New IP or No More Heroes 3)
      • Valve Game (Possibly a collection set new game?)
      • Epic Games (New IP, Bulletstorm 2 or New Gears of War Trilogy exclusive to Cafe)
Obviously, take it with a barrel of salt. Could this be true?

I was almost gonna belive this intill Street x Tekken was deemded timed exclusive and all the other western exclusives

yea right...westerners have showed more than anybody they want nothing to do Nintendo

HOW THE WEST WAS WON

Wii - 41,419,806

360 - 31,583,889

PS3 - 19,659,051

-----------------------

DS - 55,530,529

PSP - 22,005,886

Ya right, it really seems the West doesn't buy Nintendo........LOLZ

Western  Developers...not consumers you clown.

First off, is it proper to call people names? And second of all where was "Developers" written?....before i called out on the quote :D

It is pretty obvious though that he was not talking about consumers though..everyone knows the Wii sold more on the Western market on VG.

Indeed, all the games like madden are licensed under the condition that the game is made available on all platforms as soon as possible, and that they make all the versions as good as they can. Timed exclusives, or versions with extra features (unless it's compared to say the PS2 version which cant have the features) are breach of contract.

Also, doesn't MS own Gears IP?

Do you really believe what you just wrote? I don't think EA is required to make each version of Madden as good as they can, otherwise the NFL would have been furious about all those debacles on Nintendo platforms with the 3DS version being the latest example of incompetence. It doesn't even feature any sort of multiplayer.

NFL: Nintendo forgetting legion.

Makes a helluva lot of sense.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

They are required to make legitimate attempts at all the versions. It comes under fitness for purpose law. Legitimate attempt that failed is ok, not trying is breech of contract

So let me get this straight. What EA is doing on Nintendo platforms basically is the same as someone bending the rules on VGC as much as possible without ever getting banned. It's stealth trolling at the highest level. Right?

I don't really keep up to date with madden games, but it sounds VERY likely that EA would be willing to make a decent loss in order to stealth troll people.

The best stealth troll ever is a musician called Lou Reed. He was in a bit of a disagreement with a record company that he had had a contract with. His next album Mtal Machine Music was very much bordering on breaking the 'has to be a legitimate effort' rule. From wiki -

"the album entirely consists of guitar feedback played at different speeds. The two guitars were tuned in unusual ways and played with different reverb levels. He would then place the guitars in front of their amplifiers, and the feedback from the very large amps would vibrate the strings ... The fourth side ended in a locked groove that caused the last 1.8 seconds of music to repeat endlessly"

Fake.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

This is a leaked list alright. Leaked right out of somebody's ass.

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

i'll take this with a mt. Everest sized grain of salt
