Forums - Nintendo - Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 site open! (Character art/good music)

I know atlus has a great track record of bringing it over, but this is kind of late in the DS lifetime.

This would make way more sense on the 3ds.

I'm so glad this is on DS, then I can play it even if it doesn't come to Europe (which it won't).  It's a shame the original is so damn expensive though, used ones on Amazon are going from £50 ($81.61) and don't get me started on the new ones.

Can anyone make an avatar out of this picture for me?

"Life is but a gentle death. Fate is but a sickness that results in extinction and in the midst of all the uncertainty, lies resolve."

Also, I'm pretty sure this will make it stateside. Atlus kept supporting the PS2 even after the PS3 came out due in one part to the huge install base.

Thanks bro :)

Hope she ends up on the team

Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here?

So the main female lead has huge knockers too.

I hope DS2 keeps the opposing views balanced like in the first Devil Survivor game. I loved how each side brought in valid points and solutions towards the problem unlike Strange Journey. I remained neutral in SJ, because the opposing sides' views were extreme. Also, I hope they implement the "SRPG" elements better.

Devil Survivor is one of the most brilliant games of this generation.

  • Epic storyline - Devil Survivor's story is classic MegaTen with mythological references and figures. You and your friends are locked in Tokyo due to demons emerging. In order to combat them, you must form contracts with the very same demons that are threatening the city.
  • The fate of Tokyo is in your hands - Devil Survivor immerses you into the game's magnificent plot with branching paths. With six endings and multiple paths to take, the experience is endless. Several characters will manipulate you into joining their side as they bring 'valid' points. Which path will you take?
  • Experience the unique hybrid SRPG - Devil Survivor combines elements of tactical role-playing games and turn-based role-playing games. Battles start in the form of an ordinary tactical-RPG game, but the real battles take in the form of an old fashioned first-person turn-based system.
  • Delve into highly strategic battles - Every human character can have their skills customized prior to battles. Shape your characters to your liking and bring the appropriate skills to battles in order to put an end to your foes.
  • Create the perfect party - The very same demons that threaten Tokyo can also be your allies. You can buy demons from the demon auction and even create new demons via the recurring demon fusion. Fuse demons to create stronger demons, and you can now customize their skills to create the perfect demon. No longer must you wait to have the skills you want.

Well, has to keep up with Yuzu. As an honour student, I hope she texts better.

Really glad this is on the DS.
