Scariest Resident Evil Moment:

#1 Resident Evil 3 - Basically every time Nemesis showed up, especially when he bursts through the window with a rocket launcher, and when you run away knowing that he will find you in the next corridor.

#2 Resident Evil 3 - Being instantly decapitated by a hunter as soon as I walked round a corner, never did I think something could be extremely scary and funny at the same time.

#3 Resident Evil 4 - The breathing of the regenerators and being too scared to look for them. Also when you blow their legs off and they jump at your face.

#4 Resident Evil 4 - Being cornered by El Salvador and having your head chainsawed off.

Cheesiest Resident Evil Moment:

In the original resident evil for ps1, after completing the outhouse area with the giant plant you return to the mansion..

 Instead of returning to zombies you hear large nails tapping on the floor then this hunter thing jumps out and lobs your head of with its massive claw.
