It needs to be the right price, have plenty of games, have a reason for people to move over to the NGP, be released at the right time, and many more. 

Sure, the 3DS hasn't set the world on fire, but so what? It's just the start. Let it have some time, then we'll see what sort of machine it is...

as 3DS has been big because of DS...oh, not really for now, it's all in the games

im pretty certain. I am starting to believe rumors now, project cafe has taught me that rumors are usually true and with the rumor that the ngp will be anywhere from 250$-350$, it will crap on the 3ds by sheer value alone. Any higher than those prices and i agree with you. And the 3ds isn't going anywhere without some games. And those aren't coming for a while. Plus, it needs a price cut already.
