I was just embarrased for him because the applause and enthusiasm he was expecting just wasn't coming.  Definitely not one of E3's finest moments IMHO.  I mean, I love Miyamoto, but the debut of Wii Music deserves all of the criticism it received as well.  Same with Yamauchi and the '06 showing of GT5 (crickets everywhere).  Anyway...

That was not charming. It was plain awkward. You can't always judge language fluency on writing abilities. I, for example can read and understand Hebrew but absolutely butcher the language when I try to speak it.

It was charming to me. There he was putting himself out there to pimp his Dynasty Warriors ripoff (my kind of game!) to a bunch of hurr durr hurr Call of Duty dicksuckers. And in his second language, too! He is a HERO!

No, the moment needs to die. This embarrassing moment will haunt him no more after it's eliminated. I am his freedom fighter! It's not the dur dur crowd I'm after, it's people like you who want to glorify his moment of shame for self amusement that I'll protect him from.
